Villa cleaning in Dubai is a different job from an apartment clean. A four bedroom villa in Jumeirah or Mirdif can have five bathrooms, a staircase, a majlis, a maid’s room, a garden door and a roof terrace, all collecting the same fine sand. Dubai’s population passed 4.5 million by the end of 2025, as The National reported, and demand for villa help grows with it. This villa cleaning Dubai guide gives you typical prices for regular visits, deep cleans and handovers, a villa checklist, and how often to book.
In practice, villa cleaning in Dubai is booked in three ways. Regular hourly visits typically take four to six hours at AED 35 per hour (our rate for visits of 4 to 8 hours), about AED 140 to 210 a visit. A villa deep clean typically costs AED 900 to 1,800, and an end of tenancy clean AED 1,000 to 1,800. Most families pair weekly visits with a deep clean every few months.
Villa cleaning Dubai prices
These typical ranges come from our cleaning price calculator for Dubai. Your exact price is fixed before you book and depends on size, condition and any extras.
| Service | Townhouse | Villa | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Regular hourly visit | 4 to 5 hours, AED 140 to 175 | 4 to 6 hours, AED 140 to 210 | Weekly or twice weekly upkeep |
| Deep clean | Typically AED 700 to 1,000 | Typically AED 900 to 1,800 | A full reset every few months, or before regular visits start |
| End of tenancy | Typically AED 800 to 1,300 | Typically AED 1,000 to 1,800 | Moving out, or before you move in |
| After builders | Quoted by scope after a quick check | Renovations, extensions and new handovers | |
The hourly rate in Dubai is AED 45, or AED 35 for visits of 4 to 8 hours, the same as in Sharjah. A weekly visit to a villa therefore comes to about AED 560 to 840 a month over four visits. For apartments, our guide to deep cleaning cost in Dubai sets out the studio to three bedroom bands.

What moves a villa price inside the range
The calculator gives a range rather than one number because no two villas are the same. These are the points that move a quote up or down.
- Bathrooms, not just bedrooms. Each bathroom adds shower glass, taps and grout to descale. A four bedroom villa with five bathrooms takes longer than one with three.
- Floors and stairs. Two or three levels mean rails, landings and stair edges, which take more time than one flat floor.
- Condition. A first clean after summer, or after a long empty spell, sits at the top of the range. A villa cleaned every week sits lower.
- Extras. Ironing, changing linen or cleaning inside the fridge can be added at an extra cost, confirmed at booking.
- Outdoor areas. Terraces, roof areas and garden furniture can be cleaned as villa extras, at an extra cost confirmed at booking. Mention them when you book so the right time is planned.
Why villas in Dubai need their own cleaning plan
Size is only part of it. Villas face a few pressures that most apartments avoid.
- Sand from several doors. Front doors, garden doors, garages and terraces all let fine dust in, and it settles in sliding door tracks within days.
- AC in every room. Families spend most of the day indoors with the AC on, and the US EPA notes that people spend about 90 percent of their time indoors. Dusty vent grilles in every room add up.
- Rooms that are rarely used. Guest bathrooms, a maid’s room or a storeroom can trap humidity. The EPA’s guide to mould and moisture explains why airing and drying these spaces matters.
- Hard water. Several bathrooms means several sets of taps and glass scaling at once.
Villa cleaning checklist for a Dubai home
Use this list to brief a regular visit or plan a deep clean. On a weekly visit the cleaner starts with your priority rooms; a deep clean covers every zone in full.

Entrances, majlis and living areas
- Vacuum door tracks and mats at every entrance, including the garden and garage doors.
- Dust and vacuum majlis seating, side tables and display shelves.
- Wipe switches, handles and glass doors.
Kitchen
- Degrease the hob, splashback and hood; on a deep clean, the oven and inside the cupboards too.
- Clean the sink, taps and appliance fronts, and empty the bins.
Bathrooms
- Descale shower glass, taps and shower heads in every bathroom, including the guest and maid’s bathrooms.
- Clean the toilet, basin and mirrors, and wipe the vanity.
Bedrooms, stairs and AC grilles
- Dust surfaces, make beds and vacuum under them where reachable.
- Wipe stair rails and landings, and vacuum stair edges.
- Dust AC vent grilles; on a deep clean, skirting and full floor edges as well.
- Floors last: vacuum, then mop for your floor type.
Our guide to what is included in a deep clean lists every inclusion and what counts as an extra. The full scope of a team deep clean is on our deep home cleaning service page.
How often to book villa cleaning in Dubai
| Household | Regular visits | Deep clean |
|---|---|---|
| Couple or small family, townhouse | Weekly, 4 to 5 hours | 2 to 3 times a year |
| Family with children, villa | Twice weekly, 4 to 6 hours | 3 to 4 times a year |
| Pets, garden use or frequent guests | Twice weekly | Every 3 months, and after summer |
| Moving in or out | Not needed | An end of tenancy clean instead |
This is a suggested rhythm, not a rule. Regular hourly visits keep the villa tidy, and a deep clean resets the parts weekly visits do not reach. Moving out of a rental? Our end of tenancy cleaning in Dubai guide covers the handover checklist.

Frequently asked questions
How much is cleaning per hour in Dubai?
Hourly cleaning in Dubai costs AED 45 per hour, or AED 35 per hour for visits of 4 to 8 hours; our cleaning price calculator gives per visit estimates. A villa visit usually takes four to six hours, so at AED 35 per hour a visit comes to about AED 140 to 210. The exact price is fixed before you book.
How much does it cost to maintain a villa in Dubai?
For cleaning alone, a weekly four to six hour visit comes to about AED 560 to 840 a month, plus a deep clean at typically AED 900 to 1,800 two to four times a year. Maintenance such as AC servicing, pool care and repairs is separate and quoted by specialists. Keeping rarely used rooms aired and dry also saves work later, as the EPA’s mould and moisture guide explains.
What is the average charge for a deep clean?
In Dubai, a villa deep clean typically costs AED 900 to 1,800 and a townhouse AED 700 to 1,000, with equipment and materials included. Apartments start lower, as our deep cleaning cost in Dubai guide shows. Size, the number of bathrooms and the condition of the home decide where you land in the range.
What is the average cost of hiring a house maid in Dubai?
For hourly help, our rate in Dubai is AED 45 per hour (AED 35 per hour for visits of 4 to 8 hours), and you pay only for the hours you book. Full time, live in help is a different arrangement with its own costs and legal duties. Our part time maid Dubai guide compares weekly hourly visits by budget.
How long will it take to clean a whole house?
A regular visit to a Dubai townhouse typically takes four to five hours, and a villa four to six hours. A deep clean takes longer and is often done by a team, so the time depends on the number of rooms, bathrooms and floors. We confirm the hours or team size when we fix your price.
