Cancellation Policy for Impressifix

At Impressifix, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.


1. For Customers

Cancellation by Customer

  • Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel a booking free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the service, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost may be charged.

  • No-Show Fee: If the customer is not present at the scheduled time and location, a no-show fee of up to 100% of the service cost may apply.

How to Cancel

  • Customers can cancel their bookings by logging into their account on Impressifix.com and selecting the ‘Cancel’ option under their booking details.

  • Alternatively, cancellations can be made by contacting our customer support team at Fixit@impressifix.com or +971 52 108 4004.


2. For Service Providers

Cancellation by Service Provider

  • Service providers are expected to honor all confirmed bookings.

  • If a provider must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, they should notify the customer and Impressifix at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Frequent cancellations may result in penalties or suspension of the provider’s account.

Rescheduling

  • Both customers and service providers can request to reschedule a booking at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the service may incur a fee.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued based on the cancellation terms mentioned above.

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days.


4. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • In case of emergencies (e.g., illness, accidents), Impressifix will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees.

  • If a service provider fails to show up or cancels at the last minute, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost.
