  • Change of mind after the service is delivered.

  • Delay caused by the customer (e.g., not being present at the scheduled time).

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • If there is a disagreement between the customer and the service provider, Impressifix may mediate the dispute to reach a fair resolution.
